Steve parked his car and looked at the front door to see his father in the doorway looking older and more frail than ever before. He looked thinner, his hair has turned completely grey and looked thinner, and he was wearing some glasses. He still looked like a gentleman but was far from the buff man he was when Steve was a child.
"Welcome home son," his father Arthur greeted.
"Hey Dad," Steve said getting closer and gave his father a hug. Steve could feel the thinness of his father and made him worried," How are you holding up?"
"Looks like not as good as you, look at you my boy!" Arthur proclaimed and gave Steve's chest a light bump of his fist," Looks like you've been taking care of yourself."
"I try," Steve admitted remembering the time he spent in the gym," So why have you asked me here?"
"Cutting to the chase, huh?" Arthur asked.
"Yeah, kind of," Steve said," It sounded quite urgent."
"Not really urgent, but I do need someone to be around during the procedure," Arthur explained.
"What procedure?" Steve asked nervous.
