Kyle is your typical highschool student, he's not the most popular guy at school. But he does hangout with a group of guys. He's been going on dates with girls once in a while and is on the baseball team. He lives with his younger brother who goes to elementary, his mom, and his stepdad Dave. Kyle's father passed away when they were still toddlers. However after a few years of recovering, Kyle's mother Linda start seeing other guys again and that's how she met Dave. Despite being not related, Dave treats Kyle and his brother Dylan like his own son, and so they have a close relationship with one another.
