Nothing, you were certain that something was spying on you, ythet you could not see anything except the the dusty trail with the untrimmed trees, scattered rocks and stones and the overgrown brush around it.
You were starting to think that the heat from the sun was getting to you and you needed to got back to your room and lay down for a while, you know get some R&R, the climb up the mountain had taken a lot out of you, so you turned around and caught up with your family once again.
The hotel room which is very nice as hotel rooms on a budget go, only has two rooms bedroom and bathroom, though the bath is very small so you have to take showers else you won't fit, there is a toilet and all the essentials; towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. the bedroom is a reasonable size with a bunk bed next to widow and with a sort of pathway that leads from the door to the window at its feet, next to it is a bed side table with a lamp on top for reading or whatever on the other side is the master bed with and brown blanket laying neatly on top of a white bed sheet the pillows were placed as if they had never been used before.
You open the door go to the closes bed, which is the master bed, and fall on top of it through sheer exhaustion, you are unable to move any part of you body as it aches everywhere, you hadn't realized that you'd have to walk all the way home after getting a taxi there. On the plus side you were now home and could get that R&R you wanted. you didn't notice but you fell asleep almost straight away as soon as you head hit the pillow.
"GET OUT NOW" is the first thing you hear as you wake up unexpectedly and like anytime your woken up by a loud noise the adrenaline is pumping straight away forcing you to be as awake and aware as if it were the middle of the day, you turn your head and see you dad fighting off something but its too dark to see what but from small glimpses you know its not human.
"Marcus" your dad calls at you "your mum and sister out of here"
still confused as to whats happening you realize the front door is blocked by the fighting so your only other option is to escape via the balcony quickly you jump up and get u mum and sister away form the the fighting then you rip open the door that leads to to the balcony and get you sister and mum out there first, you were only staying on the second floor so the drop isn't great once both your mum and sister are on the ground you look back and see your dad hit the wall and is knocked out.
