So how about these options?
First one: He wakes up and finds himself in his room with a harem of scantily clad women who say he's their master?
Option two: He finds himself in an extra dimensional hallway where he can chose a room to a form of media with its fictional women in his harem. There will be methods inside the room to enslave them, and if they have powers they'll be too tired to use them.
Option three: Ever watched Regular Show? How about an item that will give him want like that keyboard in the first episode?
Option four: A something like the one above, but as a drawing pad.
Last choice: Make up your own.
