OK, how about a Succubus that got thrown out of the second circle of hell for not being vindictive or bright enough. She's not quite nice, but by demon standards she's a positive saint. She may not feel able to take someone's soul without actually asking, but does still attempt to try to trick them out of it... just she's not very good. Pretty inept really, plus she's been caught three times having been tricked by a mortal into giving them a 'good time' without taking their souls. Think of her like an air-headed Succubi... And yes, she is blonde.
Now she's stuck on earth, low on power, desperate to get some juice (ie sexual energy) from someone to power her abilities. Maybe some guy can get her to be his girlfriend in return for sex energy from him? A win win situation for the guy! It'd be risky (even with a Succubi as dense as this one) but someone who's smart should be able to take control of the situation.
Her name is Moi Rong... and of course her fellow demon's (those that knew English) dubbed her 'Moron'. Unfortunately the nickname stuck so much she got used to being called it, and occasionally uses it herself by mistake. She HATES when she does that! If she was at full energy she is actually pretty powerful at magic, but doesn't really appreciate it or is very good at using the powers she has. Stand well back if she tries to do a spell!
