Taking off the outfit, and finding that all the changes reverse on doing that, good to know, you explore the underwear aisle of the "Gender" section, searching for underwear of a larger genital size. Finding that part of the aisle, you were spoiled for choice in sizes, designs and fits for underwear.

After a good amount of searching, you found yourself pulled between two different pairs of underwear for your first knowing test. Both would provide a size you knew instinctively was larger than anything that could be expected in nature, yet compared to the other sizes they were quite small.

The first was a bright blue pair that would give you cock and balls large enough that they would reach halfway down your thighs, at least according to the diagram on the label.

The second was a pair striped with pastel colours that would give you a pair large enough to go below your knees.

You knew you could come back for different sizes, or even to mix and match with bras and any other clothing that took your fancy, but this first knowing change was one you wanted to make special.
