UGUEC 114 resoltion is approved, but ...

The UGUEC 114 resolution is approved by the House, but can't pass the Senate. Even after a veto by the president, a petition to put it on the ballot makes the whole thing last longer. By the time UGUEC 114 resolution is finally turned into a law, it has been weighed down with so many extra things and pork money for Alaska, Wyoming, and Louisiana, it takes lawyers and their aides months to free all wish wishers.

I wish the way countries are run was less confusing.
