You can now go back in time. Unfortunately, you just happen to end up in New York smack dab during the Industrial Revolution, the time period in which residents of apartment buildings and tenements dump their waste outside their window. While walking down an alley one day, you find yourself a victim to these waste dumpings. Better take a nice shower after that.
