The world's first multi-trillionair completely pays off every debt any US citizen has, including the Federal Reserve debt. He goes on to abolish all money in the US, making sure noone every has to be indebted again. The United States Government has effectively become a communist regime, where fraud and corruption still run rampant. With the absence of money, people lose what little influence they had on the economy, becoming nothing more than submissive citizens to their corrupt government and a few multinational conglomerates.

I wish I was the world's first multi-trillionair.
