Taking care of business

While the pink pony blabbers on, you try to quietly relieve yourself. Giving a little push, you can feel your privates growing warm as a strong stream of urine trickles into your diaper. The front of the garment becomes puffy, and sags as it fills with your pee.
The two of you stand there in the relative silence, the only noise being the hissing of your peeing. You briefly wonder just how much you drank to yield this much urine. Though you find the pink pony's pause rather refreshing, you find yourself a bit concerned. "Is...something wrong, Pinkie?"
“Um…” suddenly, a gurgle emanates from the other mare's belly. “Oh yeah!” she perks up. “I’ve had this really bad tummy ache. It all started at this super-cool party I threw a couple of days ago. Oh, you should’ve been there! There was cake, and ice cream, and candy, and soda, and all kinds of goodies! I must've eaten-"
"Pinkie, focus," you politely tell her. By now you can feel your bladder finally finish emptying. Now the front and bottom of your diaper is very heavy and squishy with pee, in addition to all of the manure still in it. Briefly looking down, you can see the front of your diaper is a pale yellow color. You look back up as Pinkie continues talking.
"Oopsie, sorry. Anyway, I've been feeling all bloaty and crampy and-" Pinkie seems to finally notice what you've been doing. "Is that a diaper? Ohmygosh, I gotta go to the bathroom so badly! Where did you get those? Can I have one?" She resumes bouncing around, though you can't tell whether it's due to excitement or urgency at this point. What's your response?
