You check twice, but it's still the same. Maybe you're more tired than you realised, you squirm in your seat and try to just adjust your position. That's when you become aware of other changes. When you check your grip on the bar, your arms look skinnier than normal. Even for the odd angle, they look... well ... feminine.
Looking across to the mirror, you see that it's not just your arms that have changed. Your close cropped hair, is now long enough to need the band that's wrapped around it. You start to hyperventilate as it comes together, checking out your chest, it's also lacking in muscle definition too. The large nipples pressing forcefully against the fabric are entirely alien, even though they top only modest breasts, they still look alarmingly feminine.
The dark blue of the outfit, also terrifies you, and looking downwards, you confirm what you're afraid of.
