Doctor Povert snapped his/her fingers and Andrew turned into a beautifully hourglass shaped brunette with smallish tits. Andrew-- now Andrea, giggled a little, but also frowned just a bit.
The doctor, sensing the discomfort, listened into Andrew's thought's once more. He could see a vintage picture of a nurse with black stockings lifting one leg as she kissed a sailor returning from war.

Andrew/Andrea blushed, and nodded. "But from a specific picture. Are always thought it was so sexy." He tried to leave it at that, but Povert could still hear his thoughts, especially the added <<Especially because that's the night my father was conceived>>.
Povert snapped his fingers again and Andrea transformed into her/his grandmother at the age of about nineteen.
Trillian's mouth opened in shock. "You want to be your grandma in an orgy?"
"It's very important you tell the truth now," Doctor Povert told Andrew. "You said you wanted to be treated like a whore, to be used-- but who do you want to be used by?"
