timmy and mom

Timmy walks into the kitchen where his mom is sitting. Timmy goes up to his mom, gives her the card, and then walks away. Timmy's mom looks at the card and has a wish idea. She says to herself "I wish Timmy and I could switch places so he doesn't have to remember any holiday." Just then purple dust pops out at her and she finds herself in Timmy's room. What happened to them?
