She wets the bed

It all started one morning when Carly woke up to a wierd feeling, she lifted up her blanket and looked down at her nightgown and started to cry. Spencer heard Carly and came running to see what was wrong. He asked her what was wrong, but Carly couldn't speak at the moment so she just pointed to her cover. Spencer removed the cover off of Carly, then the smell of stale urine overwhelmed him. Spencer told her it was just a freak accident, and she shouldn't worry about it. But Carly was still hesitant, but she decided she better go get some breakfast. What will happen during breakfast?
