Outside in a wide field, Cream was with Tails and an large air tank. It seemed like Cream was going to be a test subject for one of Tails's experiments.
"Okay Cream, are you ready?" Tails asked.
"What's this experiment for again?" Cream asked.
"It's to test this next type of air I created." Tails said. "The compounds in it are much different than regular air. I wanted to see how it would affect you compared to regular air. I hope you don't mind being inflated a bit."
"Sure. It sounds like fun." Cream said happily.
Cream then grabbed the hose and put it in her mouth.
"Ready." Cream said giving a thumbs up.
"Okay." Tails said.
Tails went to the tank and turn the knob lightly, unleashing the air into the hose and into Cream. Cream starts to feel the air pressure inside her body and her belly starts to slowly stretch out. More and more so. Her belly starts to get rounder and rounder. Soon her undies started to show and the same for her belly button.
Tails turned the tank off when Cream was looking like a inflated bunny ball.
"How to do you feel, Cream?" Tails asked.
"Hehe! That was fun." Cream said happily. "I feel fine. My belly doesn't even feel tight."
"Interesting." Tails said as he writes in a clipboard.
"Say Tails?" Cream asked. "Is it okay if I...."
