Gosenkuji had followed the air born Ranma when he landed he was KO'd so Gosenkuji splashed him with the potion & read the spell. Ranma shrunk until he disappeared, when Ranma woke up he saw darkness not only that but he felt weird

A few minutes passed then Ranma felt like he was being shoved downward by something (unknown to him it was a mare pushing her foal out of her womb) as he wondered what it was, the mare finally begun delivering her baby foal after a few minutes something snapped then something was poking him in the face

He took a breath his eyes opened then a few minutes after that he could start to fell his arms then shortly after that with one big push Ranma felt his legs when he tried to stand he fell it was then he saw his new mother & he realized that he turn into a baby foal and he is a.....
