Tom almost gave her exactly what she wanted. But he feared a bigger group of professional boxers would be more trouble for her. The current heavyweight champion Apollo Creed the 3rd was good. Tom felt that his sister should be 10X as good as that Apollo. She would almost be unstoppable. The bullies in school would be nicer to her now.

So he aimed the wand at her and said ' I think that you deserve something better than your original request' and wished the 10X instead.
