How something off by a few inches can unravel the greatest and most elaborate of plans, years of strategy being dissolved like salt in water. Destiny itself could be completely torn apart, in favor of the long taboo concept of chaos and entropy.
It was supposed to be Twilight. She was the last piece in the puzzle that would unlock thousands more, each in turn to be plotted out and completed.
Had Pinkie not been a few inches closer to the center of the room, t would have all been perfect.
Celestia was obviously horrified to have seen Pinkie appear instead of Twilight, thousands of years of planning hurting into flames right in front of her. But nonetheless, Celestia was forced to watch the magic flow around Pinkie. and show her friends the new wings and horn she'd gained.
Many ponies though Pinkie to be an abstract choice for a ruler, but for Celestia, to bring her onto the castle balcony and have her be declared the new princess of Equestria was an absolute nightmare.
Either way, although initially nervous to her new role, Pinkie took her position with stride. With her newfound powers, Pinkie boasted a surprising prowess with magic. She also boasted a kind demeanor and surprising intelligence for her subjects, who grew to be very fond of their new ruler.
Much to Twilight's amazement, Pinkie's magic brought many new spells to the magic library, the most famous one being the food conjuring spell. World hunger came to a halt at the ability to conjure food at any time, which the world relished in. Ponies everywhere indulged themselves in massive feasts conjured at the wave of a horn, and as a result the average pony became significantly fatter. Pinkie blimped up even faster given her gluttonous nature.
But despite their engorged girths, many welcomed their new piggish ruler, always running the country with a smile.
The same couldn't be said for Celestia.

Pinkie awoke in the darkness, but the reassuring scent of vanilla and feeling of card board around her blobby cheeks reassured her into happily slurping away what was left of the ice cream inside.
Once the tub was licked clean, Pinkie lifted the empty ice cream tub away, allowing her blobby face to freely droop. She giggled as she looked down at her gargantuan stomach, which was a soft mountain of pink that stood up nine feet from her.
"Time for another busy day!" She cheerfully exclaimed as she heaved herself to the side and rolled out of bed. On all fours, Pinkie stood proudly at ten feet tall, her carriage-wide legs still (miraculously) touching the ground. Her belly was a massive dough-like blob sicking out over five feet from each side, tapering into her gigantic flanks with cutie marks larger than a grown stallion.
But despite her grotesque size, Pinkie trudged through the doors with a massive smile.

Once she was all cleaned up, Pinkie's wide coat bore a faint sheen, and her long mane had somewhat an ethereal translucence given her alicorn genes. For somepony so huge, she was quite a sight.
Two obese guards stood at the doors to the throne room of Pinkie's Palace.
"Good morning, your highness." One staunchly greeted.
"Hiya, Mr. Aces! How are you today?"
"I'm fine, your highness." He answered more leniently. "You?"
"I'm doing great! Thank you!" She chirped as she hauled her enormous bulk through the doors.
The throne was huge given its owner's weight. Once Pinkie had seated herself, she used her magic to levitate a tiara from a nearby perch onto her head, and rested her legs on her spherical stomach.
"Day court is now beginning!" She announced. The doors parted for the subject to enter, who turned out to be...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
