Chapter #5

After Class

    by: nightwolf285 Author IconMail Icon
Classroom management on the first day of school is easy. Let the children see no fear and they will usually leave you alone. Kuai’s classroom was no exception. Just seeing his towering 6’9”, heavily muscled physique was usually enough to keep the students in line. With a stern but smooth tone, Kuai stared down at his class, absorbing every face as fast as he could.

“Welcome to Honor’s Pre-Algebra. I am Mr. Tao, and let me start off by saying that if you want to succeed in my class, you will have to work for it. Your butts will be in those chairs before the bell stops ringing, you will always bring a pencil and---“ pause for dramatic effect, “—I accept no excuses.”

Silence filled the room. Kuai could literally hear a few of the student’s gulp with anxiousness. Kuai was actually a pretty easy going guy when it came to everything (but sports). He liked to have fun and he loved life. But teaching is all about presence and theater. Even he knows that his enormous body won’t control the masses forever if he doesn’t have the vibrato to back it up.

He followed up by calling the roll and having the students introduce themselves. Each time he made it to one of the boys, he would study them very carefully, instantly exploring all of the possibilities with his pendant. Out of the six, one immediately caught his attention.

A taller, lanky boy stood up in the third row. His beautiful green eyes were enlarged over twice their size because of the coke bottle lenses they hid behind. He had tan skin with short brown hair and spoke with a mousy voice. “Hey. I’m K-Kevin.” He was clearly nervous. “I’m in the seventh grade—ob-obviously, and I—enjoy reading and playing Call of Duty.”

Something about the boy stuck with Kuai. Perhaps, it was because Kevin never took his eyes off of him. His coke bottle glasses made that painfully obvious. Every time Kevin thought Kuai was looking the boy would blink a lot or hide his eyes in the rims of his glasses. Kuai though this was cute and saw lots of potential there. Kevin remained slouched in his chair and tried to “hide” behind his glasses. But he knew this kid was very interested in what he saw.

RIIING!

“—and I will expect you all with books and section one homework on my desk tomorrow.”

All of the students quickly filled out of his room, erupting in louder conversations the moment they went through the doorway. The only student who remained behind was Kevin. He was still slouched in his chair pretending not to stare at Kuai.

“Did you need something?” Kuai softened his voice for Kevin. He didn’t need to command a room anymore and the last thing he wanted to do was to scare him.

Kevin suddenly leapt up having been thrusted out of his dream world causing all of his books to hit the floor with various thuds. He quickly crumpled to the ground to pick every one of them up. “Let me help you with that.”

Kuai descended upon Kevin, covering him in his huge shadow. He reached for Kevin’s math book just as Kevin jerked for it, causing their hands to touch. Instead of jerking away, Kevin froze, staring down at the floor. Kuai kept everything moving for Kevin’s sake and merely handed him the book. Trying to calm the boy’s nerves, Kuai said, “You know you didn’t need to bring all of your books from homeroom. Most teachers won’t start using them until tomorrow.”

Kevin was still frozen, staring at his hand. Kuai’s comment once again snapped him out of it and forced him to propel himself up. Clutching his books tightly, he said, “Th-thanks. Mr. Tao. It will never happen again!”

Kuai gave a hearty chuckle. “It is certainly not a crime to be over prepared.” He slowly rose in front of Kevin, filling the entire space between the nervous student and his desk. “Especially not in my class-- Kevin.”

Kevin finally looked up at Kuai and gave the sweetest most heartwarming smile. His heart slowed slightly to a steady gallop and he took a small sigh of relief. “Thank you, Mr. Tao.”

Kevin was no longer the jittery, spastic space cadet he had been moments ago. In that simple moment, Kuai could feel hooks of affection leap out from Kevin and snare his heart. Kuai wasn’t expecting any of this. Especially not on the first day. Kevin nodded, but didn’t move.

“Was there anything else?” Kuai asked.

Kevin slowly shook his head broadly from one side to the other, still wearing that enormous grin on his face. “Nothing else sir.” He slowly passed Kuai as he headed down the row. His head was still shaking slowly from side to side as he glided further away.

“That is one interesting kid,” Kuai thought to himself.

“In fact---“ he thought, gripping his invisible pendant, “Let’s make Kevin a little more interesting.”

Kevin may have been tall for a seventh grader, but he was still nothing compared to Kuai. He decided to give him an edge on the other students. As Kevin slowly walked closer to the door,  Kuai imagined Kevin slowly growing to an even 6 feet with a swimmer's build. “Don’t want to give this kid too much too fast. He could crack.”

Kevin’s glide slowly halted and Kuai could hear Kevin’s breathing get louder. They almost sounded like faint moans. Kuai watched as the power of the pendant immediately took effect. Kevin’s body crept up higher in the air as all of his muscles slowly filled out. It was difficult to see under Kevin’s loose clothing, but Kuai could definitely make out  some new bulges in Kevin’s arms and thickening butt where none had been before.

After his steady ascent to six feet tall and thickened frame, the growth halted and Kevin continued his walk as if nothing had happened. When he reached the door, Kevin turned and gave a small wave to Kuai, still wearing that huge smile under his two, huge green eyes, “Bye, Mr. Tao.”

Kuai couldn’t help but give a small grin in return, noticing the slightly bigger bulges moving in Kevin’s arm. “See you later Kevin.”

Finally, Kuai was alone and he scrambled to check the various settings on the pendant. His arms flexed with huge bulges as he tugged on the object only he could see. “So, Kevin doesn’t know what just happened. He thinks he’s always been this way... Interesting”

This gave Kuai some ideas.
