It is just another normal morning in rural Indiana. Jeremiah Johnson, a dairy farmer, has gotten up early to go out and milk his cows. Times have gotten tough for him. The nuclear power plant that opened a few months ago just a few miles upriver has caused his herd to stop giving milk. Just yesterday, a man from the bank called: if Jeremiah doesn't make his mortgage payment in the next week, the bank will foreclose on the farm.
With that cloud hanging over him, Jeremiah starts with his cows, praying for a miracle. Still, he's not able to get a drop of milk. Cursing himself after every failure, he finally makes it to Jessie, his oldest cow. He halfheartedly starts to milk her, when to his surprise, she gives milk! It's not a lot, but its enough to make one shipment, and to get a little bit of money coming in.
Of course, what Jeremiah doesn't know is that the milk Jessie gave has been genetically modified due to the effects from the nuclear plant. This milk will cause strange results to whoever drinks it, and it's heading towards...
