Yes, let Hermione help

Ginny decided to let Hermione help change her diaper, so Hermione went to work. First she undid the sides of the diaper, wiped the poop from Ginny's butt, then wiped the pee from her crotch, then threw the used diaper in the trash, and slid a new diaper underneath her while applying baby powder and rash cream. Then she taped up the sides and helped Ginny get into her pants, then they started walking back to the Great Hall. Along the way Hermione told Ginny that if she has an accident, she will change her. Once they reached the Great Hall they went over to the table and sat next to each other. What will happen next?
