Josh continued to jump and scream as much as he could, hoping for something. Some kind of recognition. But nothing happened. Will didn't even glance down once. There was nothing on the floor that caught his attention in any way. He didn't need to look for anything that fell on the ground. And even if he did, he probably wouldn't see Josh, or mistake him for an insect.
And so, without any care for any tiny creature that may have been under him, Will took a step forward. Josh looked up in terror as Will's foot lifted up. The slightly dirty underside of the gigantic appendage filled the sky. Josh made an attempt to run away, but he wasn't fast enough. The foot came down in an instant, crushing Josh as it made contact with the floor.
Will didn't even feel anything different about his step. He just walked to another room to do a few things, never noticing the barley visible stain on the bottom of his right foot.
