R Strain (Age Regression)

After a botched experiment in a lab deep under a sleepy town Dr. Z a quiet friendly scientist not know for much in the sleepy town but is well known in 'need to know circles', accidentally created a virus known only as Ageitis. Largely for years after desposing of the experiment only a few came in contact with it, most by accident snooping around the large cave at the edge of town were the vials were hidden but some knew the secret and tried to get it for their own personal gains.
Now 15 years later someone else will find a vial of the 'R' strain, causing them to regress to an undetermined age.

Option 1 is Kate a local teen whose a good kid with great grades. One night at a sleepover with some other girls from the school she wouldn't exactly call her friends but not strangers by any means, This was actually set up by the girl's parents to try to get them all to be friends. Kate was in the middle of a game of truth or dare when she was dared to go the cave not far from the house. After being egged on Kate finally agreed to do it, the 6 girls snuck out and soon reluctantly Kate was almost 60 feet into the cave when the other 5 girls ran off with the flashlights. Kate freaked out trying to run back and tripped falling into a large puddle...

Option 2 Billy is a 20 year old out exploring the edge of town with his little brother Alex. The boys were having a fun day in the sun horsing around which continues into the cave until one of the boys slip into a small puddle...
