The Water Generation Organ

You make your choice and look around the stomach, trying to find the way by yourself. Even if somehow you enter the wrong path surely you'll find something interesting! You walk around the stomach and choose one of the holes. Your host surely feels you, because as soon as you get through it you hear her voice in your head. "If you continue through this path, you'll get to my Water Generation Organ. It is a good starting point for your exploration. I'm a very large Pokémon, and seeing how you're tiny, it may take you a while to get there. I'll think try to create something for you to move faster, but it will be ready later."

You keep walking through the tunnel, noticing that despite you're inside another creature, you can see as if you were outside, you could see every detail of your surroundings. You rejoice at this fact, knowing that it means that your journey will be enjoyable and epic. After half an hour or so of walking your path is blocked by a ring of muscle, and you worriedly looked at it trying to find a way to get through it, as it looked much tighter than the ones in the stomach. You put your hand on it and, much to your surprise, it slowly opens.

You enter the room, and look around. It isn't very big, but it has some sort of fleshy cude of transparent membranes. You approach it, trying to find its purpose. You find a hole on the membranes, and enter. Looking closer, you see a small sphincter on the ceiling, barely big enough for you to fit through it, but you can't reach it. There is also a big hole on the floor. You carefully stand on the edge and try to see what is in the bottom. It is pretty deep, so you can't see the bottom. On the other side of the room, there is another hole on the ceiling, and another one directly on the floor under it. Remembering where you are, you ask Lugia for an explanation of this process, not knowing if she will be able to hear you from this point of her body. Surprisingly, she does and you hear her reply.

"I can obtain drinkable water by using water vapors or seawater. Each one needs a different process. If I choose the first one, I breath water vapors. The oxygen and the rest of the air goes directly to my lungs, while the vapor goes through a different path towards this organ. The vapors fill the cube, until the vapor forms droplets and fall down that hole, to another organ, where I store the water until it needs to be used. You can visit it later if you want!

If I use seawater, I just drink some. My body immediately detects the salt and sends it here, where it falls through the hole on the ceiling and continues through the one in the floor, until it reaches the rest of the water. It has to pass through this room because the walls of the holes can absorb the salt and send the excess of salt to its expulsion."

"Very interesting, I didn't know it."

"There are many things you don't know about Pokémon. Soon you'll know how my whole body works, and what I can do" Lugia says cheerily. "There is another path over there. If you go through it, you'll find a hall. I linked the most important or interesting parts of my body there, so you're able to visit them easier."

You nod and locate the path, until you get to a long hall with many possibilities
