Pinned Under Cynthia's Toes

With nowhere to go, you find yourself pushed further and further into the boot, until you are wedged between the 'wall' of the boot's end and five wiggling masses that you recognize as the giant's toes. While the interior of the boot is fluffy and the toes are undeniably rather soft as they press around you, the lack of space makes things more than a little uncomfortable. On top of that, the giantess' pantyhose are already making you sweat from the humid and sweaty atmosphere. In the distance, you hear a contented sigh as the giant shifts her foot, practically smothering you under her large slender toes.

You struggle in your sweltering prison...
