Penny has gained a decent amount of weight, most of it going to her belly, causing her to constantly fix the position of her shirt, till finally she just takes it off and just wears her bra and jacket. In the rare moment of stopping the game, she goes and takes an hour long shower. She then notices that almost none of her clothes are clean, except for a few lucky pairs of clothing. As she goes to do the Laundry. On her way up, she meets Leonard, who then introduces her to his new girlfriend Stephanie. She then goes back to her room and compares herself to Stephanie. She then decides to go and buy World of Warcraft. She becomes very addicted to it, almost ignoring the age of conan game. Then not long later, after gaining weight in her thighs, she bumps into Stephanie at the bank when she tries to get more money. She learns that she and Leonard broke up and she is very sad. Penny takes her to her apartment, with Stephanie having a lap top, and they played world of warcraft together. A few weeks later, they gain weight in their breasts, and with Stephanie now looking like Penny's sister.
