Ichigo suddenly found himself with his short spiky hair restyled into a sleek flat bun at the back of his head with his forehead bare for all to see in the traditional Shimida style with a red rose placed into his hair on the left hand side of his thorn themed hairband and a long red folded kite shaped decoration falling down on the right hand side of his face that looks similar in appearance to the rosary like strap across his chest that Ichigo uses in Soul Reaper/Shinigami form to carry his zanpakuto Zangetsu that is typically strapped vertically across his back. Ichigo's face is covered in white powder with Ichigo having thin feminine eyebrows, red eye-shadow and matching lipstick. Ichigo's male Karakura High school uniform is replaced by a black hikizuri Kimono that is coloured red on the interior with white underclothing similar to the Shihakusho he usually wears when in his soul form though with a few noticeable differences such as the wide wide waist accentuating obi with red trim that is tied into a large bow directly behind him, rather than hakama pants Ichigo's lower half is encased in a long floor length kimono skirt that has a split down the center,on his feet are white tabi socks and wooden Geta sandals that have black shoe straps with red highlights that are pressed between the big and second toe. Although Ichigo hasn't checked underneath his new feminine kimono he could feel what could only be a bra wrapped around his chest with the bra cups giving the illusion he had actual breasts and what seemed to be a pair of matching panties covering his lower half.
