Suddenly Rachel heard someone cackle. She listened carefully, it was coming from Karen's office. It sounded like her supervisor, but louder than usual. The woman decided to investigate when she heard the elevator coming up. She quickly hid behind her desk and waited.
A person on high heels was approaching. Rachel peeked around a corner and saw a chubby woman heading for Karen's office. It was Paula, the receptionist, what was she doing up here? The woman knocked on her supervisor's door.
"Come in Paula," a strong voice that sounded like Karen said. Paula opened the door and the woman froze. "K-Karen? W-what?," the receptionist stammered. "Close the door I'll explain everything to you," Paula closed the door.
Rachel couldn't see inside the room, Karen's office had blinded windows so if she wanted to know more she had to get closer. Rachel made her way to the door. "Y-you look so big Karen," Paula said. "Thank you I guess," Karen laughed. Rachel peeked through a small opening.
Paula was blocking her sight on Karen, so she couldn't see what had happened to her supervisor. "Oh my gawd!," Paula yelled. It was quiet for a moment. "T-that's Roxanne!!," Paula was pointing at Karen's desk. "D-did you do this to her!?," the chubby woman cried out.
"Yes and I'm going to do this to you as well," Karen said on a calm tone. "T-this isn't possible! People don't shrink!," Paula wailed. "They do with this!," a light filled Karen's office and the woman blocking Rachel's sight started decreasing in height.
Karen was huge! Her clothes tattered.
It was pretty clear Karen got the remote. While Paula was still shrinking, Rachel looked at Karen. Her supervisor seemed taller, at least a foot, and on the desk sat a naked doll sized girl. Most likely the intern Roxanne, who had been Karen's first victim.
The big woman got up from her chair and leaned over the shrinking receptionist. Paula was fighting her clothes, when a large hand pulled her away. "Let's find Rachel," Karen sat her sobbing 2ft tall receptionist on her arm and reached her free hand towards the door.
