Aki shrinks beyond her teenage years. She starts to shrink in size even faster, as soon as her breasts completely disappeared. Along with the change in size, Aki could feel herself become much weaker with her bones separating into smaller units and her body become more and more composed of baby fat. She stops shrinking soon after reaching her one-digit years. Now at most six-years old, Aki looks over herself; everyone else, especially Natsumi and Fuyuki, look over her with adoration.
"Wow. I am so wittle now!" Aki reacts, clearly still containing her adult memories, while trying to escape the binds of her shirt.
Natsumi tries to respond with anger towards Keroro for her mother's regression, but finds herself unable to from looking at how cute she has become. Instead, she picks her diminutive mother and hugs her into her chest. "Looks like we'll have to get you dressed up until stupid frog turns you back." Aki merely nods with agreement. She takes Aki to a closet in their house where they keep a box of clothes for little kids that is to be used for scenarios like this. Natsumi looks over the box for any clothes that will fit her mother. She, eventually, finds the largest set of clothes that will fit Aki.
