'upgrade 1: I am actively making you stronger and faster as we speak. Essentially you will have superhuman senses for the duration of this job. Intel has been delivered regarding a rogue Mossad agent that has certain abilities and knowledge which must be secured for global security.'

Amanda was not impressed by the voice in her head. It was concentration breaking, and she felt vaguely violated.

'upgrade 2: I have decelerated neural activity in some parts of your brain, and accelerated others. You are now a genius level intellect, skilled in 72 forms of combat and 56 forms of seduction, 112 forms of love making'

Amanda smiled despite herself. She couldn't remember previous 'reset periods' but this one seemed okay so far.

'upgrade 3: you have been programmed with 21 languages. You have roughly 30,000 in a credited account, which can be accessed via the card in your pocket. You have 2 more days in your incubation period, at which point you will be ushered to the surface and given 30 days to complete your mission before your next reset.'

Peering around the room Amanda got a weird sense of de ja vu. Eager to test her new self out she hopped off the bench.
