Goblins were the very definition of snake oil salesmen. You knew this. But still, there may be a chance, just on the offset that something might work to cure this condition. It's a long shot, but it might be worth it. The goblin peddler in question has already attracted a large crowd and luckily, their eyes are squarely on him, so getting past them ought to be relatively easy.
You wade into the crowd of massive green feet to try and get a bearing on where this 'miracle cure' is. It looks like he's selling them by the bottle, and several cases are stacked and ready to go right next to him as he's trying to convince the people of its 'wondrous' properties.
You can spot a couple of the peddler's underlings in the back. They look to be filling up the bottles. It might be worth it to see if this IS the real deal by getting a closer look at the process or if this is just another ripoff.
