Sightseeing in the Muggle world

As much as she'd have loved to see Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters squashed for their horrid crimes against both wizards and Muggles the now 100 foot Hermione Granger made her way instead silently across the now tiny countryside using a special spell she whipped up to keep from anyone magic or otherwise from discovering her presence not that she would be hard to spot anyway! She decided to have a little fun in the nonmagical world before beginning her quest of defeating the Dark Lord herself doing Harry Potter a favor.
Although it only took a few days for Hermione now a hundred times the size of even someone like Hagrid it seemed to be a matter of minutes and soon she found herself towering over the familiar heart of downtown London she had of course been here dozens of times before with her parents so she was as much as familiar with every inch of it as Hogwarts and speaking of which the moment the 100 witch stepped foot behind a building several tiny Muggles took one look and screamed
"What's that a giant monster!!" One screamed
"No it's a alien from Mars coming to invade our world!!" Another screamed running for his life Hermione snorted rolling her eyes
"A alien really? Muggles and their strange science fiction!" But decided to play along anyway
"Roooaaaarr!" She pretended to make a realistic monstrous roar like those she had seen on those old Muggle Japanese films that one time in her childhood "Yes indeed I am a giant space creature from Mars but don't worry I'm not here to hurt you I only.......oh......." As she felt her stomach growling it had been a lifetime ago since she had something to eat and boy was she starving! Luckily she had eaten out at some of the fanciest restaurants here in London with her parents several times during the holidays.
As the tiny Londoners continued running for their lives as they heard the giant alien's stomach growl and panicked even more as they witnessed the young witch reach down and pick up a small restaurant that was fortunately empty and dropped the entire thing into her mouth
"Mmmmm good!" Hermione thought then another followed soon after and another soon enough there wasn't hardly that contained food left standing Hermione amazingly had cleaned it all out and now she sat at a abandoned site her face flushed with embarrassment
"Oh no looks like I went a little too overboard on the eating part! I just hope there's still some food left for all these...." But she paused when she felt a odd feeling in her stomach again
"Uh oh........I have to......Buuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrpppppppppppp!" As she tried holding it in but it came out like a tidal wave which caused the ground to shake violently and people who hadn't run away fought to keep their balance as car alarms went off in the distance and a few window skyscrapers exploded finally it ended as soon as it begun and the giant witch simply sat there wide eyed and with a hand over her mouth in sheer embarrassment
"Oh excuse me!!" She cried out surveying the damage her burp-quake caused "I'm terribly,really sorry!" What happens now?
