Return to your goo form.

Holding your human form takes concentration. Your current arousal causes you to loose this. You return to your goo form. "Shit", you think to yourself. Your sister finishes what she's doing and leaves the room without noticing you. You try again to return to your human form. This time you're more confident since you've done it once. The thought of your sister's sweet body keeps intruding your thoughts.
