after naruto tosses the fake scroll away he begins his trek back to the academy. feeling an intense pain in his legs naruto stumbles to a halt as he waits for the pain to pass. as the pain fades slightly naruto looks at his legs in confusion as he begins walking this time though to tsunade to see what is wrong. about half way to the hokage tower naruto feels his chest start to throb as his pecs grow a bit coming to a very small a cup. rubbing the soreness in his chest away not noticing the small but growing boobs naruto continues to see naruto.
although no one can see it narutos feet now have a scales growing on them and slight webbing in between the toes
arriving at the tower naruto calls out ''granny in need your help''
''what is it brat'' tsunade says as naruto steps into her office
''on the way to deliver those papers i felt an unimaginable pain through my legs can you check on them.''
after preforming the diagnostic jutsu and finding nothing wrong tsunade sends him on his way
