Starfire was bored- since the Teen Titans had grown so vastly in numbers following the incident with the Brain, the villain issue was now very low. What's worse, her teammates had been helping to develop the branches of the Teen Titans in the west, north and south (Titans East was already set, so why bother worrying about them?).
