It is the next day. Alec waits for Hunter to arrive to school. Sue, Betty, and Fred pass him. "Hi Alex. Why are you here instead of in your first class room like you usually are?"
Alec replies, "I'm waiting for Hunter. I need to ask him something. You guys go on ahead. I'll catch up with you later."
Eventually Hunter arrived. Alec rushed to meet him. "Hunter, I want to stay with you all day. Can you switch my class schedule around so that we have the same classes all day?"
Hunter said. "We are in the same classrooms all day long." And it was so.
Their first class is in general science. Mr Hollis is explaining how a lever works. "The seesaw is an example of a lever. An adult and a small child can seesaw if the adult sits close to the middle and the child sits far away from the middle. The child's less weight exerts more force because he is farther away from the center point. When the seesaw is balanced, there is an equation. The weight on one side times the distance of that weight from the center is equal to the weight on the other side times its distance from the center."
Alex whispered to Hunter, "I wonder if there is any way we can surprise Mr. Hollis."
