Hunter was totally pumped up about his new divine powers and he couldn't wait to use them on his classmates in order to help them out whenever they were needed. He decided to get out of the classroom as soon as the last period was over and to see what was going on near the athletic fields after all the classes were over. This was where all the student athletes were hanging out, and Hunter figures that this would be the perfect place to test his powers. He could help out the football players, the baseball players, or the soccer players, depending on who was having their practice sessions that afternoon.
A small soccer team called the Phantoms were having their soccer practice at the soccer field at the back of the school at that point in time, and Hunter decided to go take a look. He wandered over to the bleachers and sat down, watching a big group of anthro dogs and wolves all dressed in black shorts, green socks and green jerseys with black cleats battle it out against the Wolverines, who were dressed in black shorts and cleats but in red jerseys and red socks instead.
Since the Phantoms were the home team, all the kids in the bleachers were cheering for their boys who were dressed in black shorts and in green jerseys and socks.
Hunter sat down in the bleachers and he realized right away that a few of the boys were growing tired after spending over thirty minutes chasing after the soccer ball and trying to defend their goal from the relentless attacks that the Wolverines were dishing out. Three players, all of them were wolves, sat down, all sweaty and tired, as they drank some water and they began to talk about the game as Hunter overheard them.
"Man, these guys are tough!"
"We gotta get through their defense!"
"We need two more goals and we got this game in the bag!"
Hunter noted that the three boys were named Giovanni, Anthony and Tristan.
The three boys stood up and slowly walked back on the field as they waited for the referee to blow the whistle.
"I can help out our guys before the seecond half starts!" Hunter grinned. "I want our guys to gain ten pounds of muscle each!"
Suddenly, each one of the boys on the Phantoms soccer team were suddenly overcome by a tingling sensation in their muscles. All six of them, who were now standing on the field, began to experience a slight episode of muscle growth: Tristan, Anthony, Giovanni, Nicholas, George, and Carlos. All six of them felt their calves bulge out a bit; their quads inflated a little, their abs became firmer, their biceps became harder, their pecs inflated and their biceps enlarged.
Giovanni and Anthony quietly stared at each other.
"Dude.... Are you like... feeling... stronger?" Giovanni whispered.
"Yeah..."
Six other players from the Wolverines got on the field when the ref blew the whistle.
The Phantoms attacked the goal right away and Giovanni scored a goal within a minute! Then, three minutes later, Anthony scored the next one! Finally, Tristan scored the third goal about ten minutes later! The home team ended up winning the game by four goals!
Hunter only grinned as he saw the results of his powers and wondered where to go next...
