It's real. It hurts. ALOT

"OW!" He let go of what was apparently his ear, blinking moisture out of his eyes at the pain from the now incredibly sensitive ears. He experimentally touches the ears, which twitch slightly as he does so. They certainly feel real. Was he dreaming? Had he not woken up yet?

On phone screens across Adam's home city. texts are received, with an attached link to a live feed of Adam, with the words 'You have previously been slighted by this man. You may suggest one change or event to happen to him.'
