Your own mother

"Girl's room" is being a little disingenuous. You're in your mother's room, to be precise, in your mother's bed. The covers are halfway on the floor, which allows you to see without any slow reveal or build-up what is unmistakably your mother's body from the neck down. Plump, tan from a full summer of gardening, covered with stretch marks, almost totally naked. You're just in your mother's underwear and a not-so-flattering bra. When you try to rise with a start, you feel a crack in your back and have to lie back down. Your mother notoriously has had a lot of back problems in recent years.

"Oh God," you say out loud in what is--you guessed it--your mother's voice. This is going to be a rough morning.
