Mom smiled. "I have a few hand-me-downs from Sarah." Gently, she said. "Sorry, they are mostly skirts and dresses but we will go shopping for more tomboyish clothing later."
"I guess that's okay." Pouting, you said. "I can live with wearing a skirt and blouse until we can go shopping for something better."
Sarah giggled. "They're not all that bad." Amused, she said. "Just be sure to wear leggings if you wear them on a cold day otherwise you'll get a cold bottom."
You blushed at that, causing mom to giggle. "They are made of the same cotton and polyester as your normal boy clothes... Michelle."
"Michelle?" Curious, you asked. "Is that my name now?"
"We figured that a name closest to your old one would be the easiest to get used to." Smiling, Sarah explained. "Do you like it?"
"It's okay, I guess." Wrinkling your nose, you replied. "What do you have for me to wear today?"
Sarah smiled. "Well, you have a choice." Simply, she said. "What do you think about..."
