Sarina looks at you for a few moments, waiting for a response. But you were surprised to say the least about how she felt about you, you've known eachother since you were kids and the thought that she would like you never really crossed your mind.

"(*Name*)?... Please say something..." Sarina pleads

"I... I think I like you too, Sarina." you say

Suddenly, Sarina's face lights up and she practically tackles you as she hugs you as hard as she could.

"Thank you, (*Name*)!" she says as she gives you another deep, passionate kiss.

This, mixed the fact that she already squeezed the air out of you from the tackle/hug, caused your vision to blur as you ran out of breathe.
