A small potbelly had formed. (Weight Gain)

Corrie had to pinch herself to make sure she wasn't dreaming. As she looked at her reflection, she saw that her normally flat, toned, stomach was weirdly bloated. She poked her belly nervously and gave a little squeal. Had she put on weight and not noticed at all?! That was really the only explanation. She she hardly ever overate. This was weird and confusing. She poked her belly again and tried to suck it in, but had no luck.
"Oh my God," Corrie pouted. "I have totally gained weight!" She kept on poking her soft belly, hoping it would just disappear. Maybe if she did some sit ups?
Corrie lay down on the floor and quickly started doing her exercises. She lay down, then tried to do a sit up, her soft belly flesh forming into two rolls as she did it. She tried another, then another, then one more...then gave up. This was getting kind of boring. Getting back up, she noticed how much harder it was to exercise than normal. "Guess I must be tired today," she shrugged as she looked at her reflection again. "Maybe that's why I'm bloated?" She kept poking her stomach, almost hypnotically. "Ewww, so gross!"
Corrie knew she couldn't afford to gain weight. She relied on her good looks and sexy figure to get by. She decided to get a second opinion, and snapped a picture of her tummy with her phone. She scrawled through her contacts before selected her bestie, Lucy, and sent her the pic with a message: "OMG I THINK I GAINED WEIGHT".
Lucy must not have been very busy, because the reply came back almost immediately. Corrie opened up the message and read it: "NOOOOOOOOO you just look bloated. As if you could gain weight lol".
Corrie was relieved, and sent back a quick "Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks lol" before dismissing any more thoughts of her belly. She was just bloated, that was all. It happened to everyone.
