So Time is different, I'm sure you're aware of time dilation used in some VR helmets.
"Yeah I think the best I've heard was for a medical Device that managed to get to 25X speed, which is crazy!" You mused
"Well We're going to put you under for little less than four and a half hours, and in the time you'll spend an entire year inside, which is nearly 2000X time dilation.
"A Year... In there, isn't that a bit too long?"
"Well that brings me to the next point, memories between this world and our New one won't transfer, in this VR you won't have any of your old memories, and when you get out, you won't remember the year you spend, so for Jacob Owens It will be like going for a nap, and the person you are inside won't know the difference."
"Are you serious... that's insane! I mean in a good way... That Level of technology, I'm excited to try it."
Dr. Malone attached a few diodes to your head and lowered a Helmet over your head.
"See You in a few hours." He flips a couple of switches, and your consciousness fades.
