How about Honoka is Kenichi twin sister and have two overwhelmingly sexual desires. One, is to have her way with her brother and the other is to dress him up in girl clothes. Honoka has a habit of switching Kenichi's clothes with girl clothes at any opportunity like when he is taking a shower/bath, when he is asleep ( Honoka loves to see his reaction waking up in sexy lingerie) and using any favorites or bet to force Kenichi to wear girl clothes.

So let's see how he handle this as he trains in martial arts.
