If a woman puts it on, she changes to her physical peak of perfection, as if she was eating and training to become as strong as she could. She even becomes taller, if her genes allowed it.
She can even gift the effects to any woman she comes into contact with. Even add in an effect where the changed woman has to obey her as the head amazon, if the wearer chooses to add it.
However, the bracelet was only designed to be worn by women.
If a man wears it, then unknown effects could happen.
Perhaps the man could change any woman around him into an amazon on his choice. Perhaps it would happen uncontrollably, making any woman around him into an amazon. How they feel towards him could also be random.
Perhaps the bracelet turns the male wearer into a female wearer
Regardless of the effect, the bracelet cannot be removed from the wearer.
