Josh meets a friend during his walk

As Josh turned the corner, he encountered his friend Steve. Steve used to live in his hometown a couple of years ago before moving away New Orleans, LA.. Josh was surprised that Steve was back in town.

Josh asked Steve 'Why are you back in town?'

Steve was sad in replying.
