As Ryan was about to follow the two into the mall, his body's cellphone rang. He quickly ended the call, but as he was about to follow the two the phone rang again.
"I guess this person is urgently needed. Time to hop lives then." Ryan thought, taking out the remote. He scanned the lot for a quick target solo target that looked like they were going into the mall. He found another person quickly, swapping into the life of another woman, a redhead that was bit younger looking, dressed in a yellow sundress with strappy wedge heels. Ryan looked back at the woman he was just moments ago, who seems confused as to why she was at the mall. Her phone rang once again, and she quickly answered, sounding frantic.
Decided to focus on tailing Ashley and ignoring whatever issues he may have caused before he felt too guilty about using the remote, Ryan entered into the mall... Only to be met with the friends of the woman he just swapped into.
"Hey, there you are Rachel!" Another woman happily greeted him, putting him in a friendly hug. Knowing he probably won't be really free like this, Ryan life swapped away to the first target he could quickly aim at.
With a flash, he landed in the body of a father holding his young daughter's hand. The little girl looked at him, seeing the remote he was still holding.
"What's that thing daddy?" The little girl asked Ryan, curious about the thing her father was suddenly holding.
"Uh... it's nothing sweetie." Ryan said, quickly scanning for another target. He spotted a petite brunette that looked to be alone further ahead, and quickly life swapped into her. With another flash, he was now where she was. Looking around, he confirmed he was finally alone.
