One day in Neo Domino City, a young, green haired boy sits in his apartment and sighs. The weather outside is simply dreadful. Rain is pouring down in a depressing sheet, making going outside practically impossible. The high winds have knocked down several power lines, meaning that there is no electricity to do anything. This wouldn't be a problem if his sister would duel with him, but she never does anymore!
"Ugh!" he exclaims, "I'm so borrrrrrred. Luna, there's nothing to doooooo."
"Yes there is Leo!" she snaps at him. "We live in a giant apartment in with just about everything that money can buy, there are tons of games lying around, and so many other various objects to toy around with."
"Why can't we just duel?" Leo whines.
Annoyed at his constant wheedling, Luna abruptly gets up and stalks off to their games closet. Opening it, she sees a bicycle pump and gets an idea. Taking it out, she returns to Leo and sets it in front of him. "Alright, let's play a game," she says. "I'll blow you up with this pump, and if you can double in size, then I'll duel you all day long."
"Why should I let you do that," Leo says. "That shouldn't even be possible." Seeing the death stare in his sisters eyes, he quickly realizes that this is the best he will get. "Deal."
