Andrew quickly grabbed his card and moved out of the line. The card was a simple shade of green with the number 117 printed on it with bold letters. "Okay. So I either have room seventeen on the first floor or room one hundred seventeen somewhere in the house... please let it be on the first floor!" He thought to himself. Finding his room did not turn out to be a simple task. There were no rooms in the area Drew was in, so he was forced to look for an area that had some. He wondered through various halls for a long time before even finding any rooms. When he finally did, he realized that the first room was 501. "Oh my-! This is ridiculous!"
"Do you need assistance?" I voice behind Drew asked. Turning around he saw before him a Pokemon; more specifically a Servine. "Yes please! I've probably been wandering for an hour or so looking for rooms. I just found some but they're not even close to what I'm looking for." "Alright buddy, calm down. Navigating this place is pretty tricky. Just follow me." Replied the Servine. After walking for a few moments, something finally struck a cord in Drew's brain. "Wait a minute. Did you just talk? But I thought Pokemon can't talk." The Servine snickered. "Anything is possible now with Science. There's a translation system in this house and it translates everything we say." Drew decided to just accept that answer. "My name's Sever by the way. What's yours?" "Oh! Um, it's Andrew. But just call me Drew, I'd prefer that." The rest of the trip was generally silent accept the occasional Pokemon would walk by and Sever would greet them.
"Well here we are. Room 117." Sever said upon arriving at the room. He opened the door for Drew. "Come on in." "Thank you!" Drew replied, relieved to finally be at his room. His luggage was already laying on his bed. It was open and completely empty. "What happened to my stuff!?" Drew asked concerned. "Oh I put away for you. You took so long to get here I thought I'd help you unpack and I ended up doing the whole thing." Sever replied. "What do you mean by that?" Sever sighed, "You gotta learn to figure things out. I'm to be you humble host for your, hopefully, long stay at the manor." He said with a little bow. "You'll take a little work, but I believe we'll be able to get a long very well."
