Suzy, Jeremy's evil little sister, ventures to Phineas and Ferb's house one day because Candace has a date with Jeremy that night at home and Suzie dislikes Candace, so she plans to shrink her with a shrink ray that Phineas and Ferb created. She finds it, takes it and goes home to wait for Candace to arrive.
